What is the return policy?
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll try make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day that they're placed (Monday–Friday), so you won’t be waiting long!
All orders are shipped with EVRI and typically take 2–3 working days to arrive.
Please note that during busy periods (like holidays or postal strikes), delivery may take a little longer.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our bars are handmade in small batches right here in Suffolk, UK.
We currently make them ourselves, which allows us to ensure every bar is fresh, delicious, and made to the highest standards.
What is the shelf life of your snack bars?
Because our snack bars are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no preservatives, they’re best enjoyed as fresh as possible.
Typically, they’re at their best within 4 months of being made. You’ll find a best before date on each bar to help guide you.
For maximum freshness and flavour, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and consuming them sooner rather than later!
Are your products vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Yes! All Bare+ bars are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Our Energy Bar is also made with gluten-free oats. That said, please note that all of our products are made in a facility that handles other allergens including gluten. Although we take measures to prevent any cross-contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee this.

Can I buy your products in stores?
At the moment, our snack bars are available exclusively through direct sales to friends and family as we gather valuable feedback on taste, packaging, and overall experience. We’re currently producing small batches to ensure quality and refine our offerings. While we’re not yet stocked in stores, we’re excited about the possibility of expanding in the future and hope to be available in retail locations one day.
